We will use the personal data that we collect from you for the following purposes that are necessary for the service you request and make it easier to provide you with better care:

• Identify you, generate a profile on our website, quote any of our services, send you information about them and contact you.
• Eventually, we will also process your PD (Personal Data) and DPS (Personal Data) to: add you to our contact lists and send you invitations to new services offered by Quali, likewise, build your profile as a customer.

In the event that you do not want your personal data to be processed for these additional purposes, from this moment you can notify us of the above, as the Holder of your PD and DPS, you can exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition of the PD that you have provided us (known as “ARCO Rights”), sending your request to the following email address: contacto@qualicg.com in which we will attend to the requests you make regarding the treatment of your PD.

The request for access, rectification, cancellation or opposition must contain and accompany the following: your name and address or email to notify you of our response; the documents that prove your identity, as the owner or, where appropriate, that of your legal representative; the clear and precise description of the PD and/or DPS with respect to which you seek to exercise any of the aforementioned rights; any other element or document that facilitates the location of their PD; and the modifications to be made in case the request is for the rectification of PD. Once QUALI has received your duly integrated request, it will notify the Holder of the decision adopted on it, within a maximum period of 20 (twenty) business days, counted from the date on which your request was received. In the event that your request is appropriate, it will be made effective within 15 (fifteen) business days following the date on which its origin is communicated. The foregoing in the understanding that the aforementioned terms may be extended once, when the particularities of the case warrant it, in Quali's opinion. The discharge of these procedures will be at no cost to you.

Likewise, you may revoke, at any time, the consent that you have previously granted to QUALI for the treatment of your PD and/or DPS; as well as limit the use or disclosure thereof, by sending an email to the address indicated in the paragraph corresponding to the Exercise of Rights "ARCO". The procedures for Revocation and Limitation of the Use or Disclosure of PD, will follow the same rules that are applicable for the exercise of "ARCO" rights, based on the way in which you have given us your initial consent.

At QUALI we will use all the means at our disposal so that you are aware of this Privacy Notice in a timely manner and can, where appropriate, issue your consent or oppose any degree of information processing.

The refusal to use your personal data for these purposes may not be a reason for us to deny you the services and products you request or contract with us.

At QUALI we reserve the right to make, at any time, modifications or updates to this privacy notice to improve the quality of the treatment of your PD or when, for business reasons or legal provisions, it is required; publishing the duly updated notice on our internet portal.
