IECH

2021

The Brand

IECH is a fertility center whose goal is to achieve the dreams of couples who cannot conceive a baby.

Due to the fact that the profile of the patient who comes to IECH is diverse and because the institution needed to reposition itself with a younger image to connect with its audiences in a very graphic way, we designed a positioning and digital marketing strategy.

Diagnosis

Through interviews (medical staff, previous and potential patients), the analysis of the competition and the marketing processes and activities, a diagnosis of the needs for IECH was integrated and mapped in stages, with the aim of attending to the most urgent and important needs to meet company objectives.

The Project

Once the marketing and sales needs were detected, the customer journey was designed to meet their communication needs from the first contact with IECH until they decide to start their assisted reproduction process.

The complete project included the following phases:

Website

The redesign of IECH website included the following components to renew the image of the medical center before its target market, as well as to offer information about each center and collect records of potential patients to follow up.

  • A fresh and attractive image.

  • An easy-to-navigate site on both computer and mobile version, in Spanish and English.

  • 4 microsites (one for each fertility center).

  • A drug store optimized for web and mobile.

To ensure the operation of the site, the following tools were incorporated:

  • Virtual chat to give immediate attention to potential patients

  • Recaptcha spam filters

  • Security elements to prevent brute force attacks on the site

  • Databases to integrate records in requests for information

  • Website backup for recovery

  • Tools to improve the SEO of the sites
